One of my most personal songs. It deals with saying goodbye to someone you love to chase your dreams. I had originally wrote it with a girl in mind, but after moving to Chicago, I can't help but think of the rest of the group in Minnesota when I hear this song.
This song took a while to write. It went through several different styles and parts before we settled on this version. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, though I wouldn't mind going back sometime and reinventing it again.

Regeneration is a very early collaboration between Mitch and me. It's poppy, catchy, and smooth. What more can you ask for?

This one time, I was on a food delivery to an office. The woman who ordered happened to be pregnant. I gave her the check, but she was having trouble doing the math for the tip. She turned to me and said, "Sorry, I'm having pregnant brain."
